As a Young-Professional-In-Training, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience on the following deliverables:

• Non Gross Lettable Area (Non-GLA) Management
• Risk Management
• Performance Management, Talent Management and Capacity Building

• HR System & Governance & Employee Relations
• Contract Management
• Maintenance Management
• Engineering Management
• Facilities Management
• Environmental Management
• Space Management
• Health & Safety Compliance
• Utilities Management
• Security Management

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary Qualification (NQF 6/7) in:

• Property Studies,
• Property Valuation or other Real Estate related stream
• Information Management,
• Data Science
• Finance

Advantageous

• National Diploma in real estate studies (NQF 6) are encouraged.
• Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage
• Some vocational experience would be an added advantage
