GEN-E, short for Generation Ericsson, is a premier graduate program exclusively tailored for Market Area Middle East and Africa (MMEA). This initiative recognizes the value that recent graduates bring to the table and aims to harness their potential in the most meaningful ways.

Requirements:
- Engineering Graduates
- Specialization in any of the following Bachelor’s degrees:
- Computer Science
- Software/Computer Engineering
- IT or Information Systems
- Networks Engineering
- Communications degrees with a focus on Telecommunications
