OUTsurance: Psychology Internship Programme 2024 / 2025
The successful applicants will enter into a fixed term Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend. This is a learning opportunity for a graduate that has a passion for HR and would like to gain experience in order to pursue a fulltime career in Human Resources
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
- Must have completed an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology or Masters in Psychology
- No work experience required
- Must be a South African citizen
- Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA
- Be between the ages of 18 & 35
- Unemployed in the last 2 months
