Impact: People Development Internship Programme 2024 / 2025
This paid internship is 12 months with the potential option to extend at the end of the period. Please note that this is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be required to be in office a minimum of two days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of employee learning and engagement initiatives.
- Assist, develop and deliver training programs.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects related to talent management, career development and performance evaluation.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and interviews.
- Provide administrative support for a number of initiatives, including employee onboarding, leadership development, and continuous learning.
- Take administrative ownership of People Development software tools, maintaining backend systems and content.
- Maintain and optimize learning management systems.
- Respond to requests for assistance from internal employees relating to tooling, educational materials, and processes.
Requirements:
- Possess, or currently pursuing, a degree in:
- Human Resources,
- Organizational Psychology,
- Business Administration,
- or related field.
- Interest in organizational development and people-related functions.
- Strong technical expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source, analyze and manipulate data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in the Google Suite.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
