Bamboo Digital Projects: IT Support Intern

Bamboo Digital Projects is looking for an IT Support Intern who will work closely with the Operations team to ensure that the organisation's IT Support needs are catered for. 

Requirements:

• The candidate should be pursuing or have completed a degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience
• The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with team members, management and other stakeholders. They should also be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members and clients.
• The candidate should be able to analyse data and user behaviour, develop insights and make driven decisions to improve our organisation's operational efficiency and security.
• The candidate should be able to manage their time effectively and meet deadlines.
• The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with other team members.
• The candidate should have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• The candidate should be self-motivated and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• The candidate should have a strong desire to learn and keep up with the latest trends and technologies in the field of Operations.
• The candidate should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
