Siemens: ELD (HR or Industrial Psychology) Internship Programme 2024 / 2025
Responsibilities:
- Graduate will get exposure to work with different Global Program Managers responsible for Executive Leadership Programs.
- Participate in the global business schools’ meetings and project planning.
- Participate in student engagement initiatives (e.g. global networking events). Assist with briefing senior business leaders with lecturing sessions.
- Participate in brainstorming and taking down notes for the programs.
- Increase efficiency of student engagement and resolving queries.
- Diversity of thought and creativity.
- Assist with coordination of programs and storing of resources to be easily available for program managers.
- Always willing to provide clarity when needed. Open to new ideas. There is always a high-performance culture (e.g. if you can do it within 5 mins do it immediately)
- Assist with program activities facilitated, organize meeting, take and store minutes
- Continuous program plan update and update progress reports
- Assist with managing program-related documentation and materials for Executive and Leadership programs
- Provide support to Leadership development programs for other ELD program managers
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in HR or Industrial Psychology
- Looking for exposure in Talent Management/ Leadership Development
- Less than 2 years of work experience
- Willingness to learn and can work under-pressure
- Detail conscious and analytical
- Problem solving and creative
- Can get things done
