Ferrero: Food Technology Internship Programme 2024 / 2025
Quality Food Technology Intern responsibilities included ensuring that a quality product is produced in accordance with company specifications. Helping a company support the quality and the service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for routine analytical and product quality tests
- Registers and prepares samples for general analytical testing.
- Operates basic laboratory equipment such as balances, pH meter, autoclave, etc.
- Assist in write-up, review, and provide proper documentation for processes or methods as experience allows.
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of Chemistry & Microbiology.
- Investigate out of specification results and implement corrective actions
- Ensure all data reports are completed are completed and the results communicated
- Calibration and maintenance of all equipment
Requirements:
- BSc in: Microbiology / Food Technology / Biochemistry or any relevant qualification
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Good analytical and reasoning skills
- Proactive, service-oriented, resilient, and results-focused
- An effective team player with presentation skills
- Strong MS Office - Computer Skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel a must
- Organizational skills
