Isikhwama Manufacturing: Human Resources Internship
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible of the following, but not limited to:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
- Onboarding Assistance: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, and ensuring new employees have the necessary resources to start their roles smoothly.
- Employee Records Management: Assist in maintaining employee records , both physical and digital, ensutring they are up to date, and compliant with with relevant regulations.
- HR Policy Compliance: Help ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed throughout the organization.
- Employee Relations Support: Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns, providing basic information, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing email correspondence.
NB: Only applicants who reside in cape town will be considered.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- A Diploma/ Degree in: Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
- Meticulous Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills.
