As an HR Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting various HR functions and contributing to impactful projects.
Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and preparing documents.
- Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.
- Employee Relations Support: Assist with employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Project Participation: Contribute to various HR projects, gaining valuable experience in areas such as employee engagement, talent development, and HR systems.
- Learning & Development: Participate in departmental activities (meetings, training sessions, etc.) to enhance your HR knowledge and skills.
- Payroll Support: Gather and organize payroll data, including working hours, leave requests, and bank account details.
Requirements:
- Recent degree graduate actively seeking experience in Human Resources.
Skills and Competencies:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
