iMasFinance: Lending & Financing Internship Opportunity

We have an exciting  12-month Internship available at iMasFinance, commencing in February 2025. Successful candidates will be placed at one of our regional branches and client service office in Centurion

Responsibilities & Learning Outcomes:

• Process personal loans, and vehicle financing applications as well as other iMasFinance products
• Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions
• Conduct customer affordability and assess repayment ability
• Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, stakeholders and dealerships
• Generate leads, convert leads, sell, and conclude sales deals
• Resolve complaints received and manage customer service experience and service delivery
• Establish, retain and maintain relationships with existing members, customers, stakeholders and dealerships
• Identify possible risks and communicate to relevant parties
• Handle   inbound and outbound calls and email queries from members, customers and stakeholders
• Adherence to Credit Policies and other corporate policies and procedures
• Implement actions to mitigate and prevent risk, fraud, and money laundering

Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in: Sales / Marketing / Business Management, or related.
• Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
• Must be unemployed and currently not registered for any studies.
• Opportunity is available to previously disadvantaged youth
• Must have interest in working in financial services sales environment
• Applicants must be available to start with the internship in February 2025
• Must reside in the local town or surrounding areas

NB. Driver’s license is advantageous
