Miway: Talent Acquisition Internships (HR Graduates)
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team by assisting with all talent and recruitment administration related to the recruitment process in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
- Administration activities associated with end-to-end recruitment - publishing job adverts, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating site visits and initiating pre-employment checks
- Making ‘the candidate experience’ your top priority
- Providing timely advice and support to the Talent Acquisition Team
- Providing regular updates to our stakeholders, the TA and HR teams, on recruitment administration activity
- Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
- Other administrative duties when required and as requested by the Talent Acquisition leadership team
Requirements:
- HR related Degree or Diploma
- or related qualification
