Pam Golding Properties: Real Estate Agent Internship Programme 2024 / 2025
Pam Golding Properties is looking for motivated Individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in real estate with an internationally recognized brand. The focus of the role is to represent the company in all aspects of marketing and selling residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Listing / Marketing / Selling residential properties
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities
- Promote sales through advertisements and show houses to possible buyers
- Completing necessary agreements and mandate documents
- Perform comparative market analysis to determine estimated value of properties
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys and mortgage originators
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate, negotiation processes and legal requirements
(The above will be performed with the assistance of a mentor / full status agent.)
Requirements:
- Must have a Grade 12 / Matric certifcate
- Must have a valid drivers license and their own reliable vehicle.
- Applicants must have your own laptop.
