Eskom: Artisan Learnership Programme 2025

This is a 4 year Training Programme where incumbent will be afforded both institutionalised and on job training and will be given an opportunity to attain Trade Test Certificate/ Qualification. Successful Applicants will be required to sign a 4(four) year Internship Contract and will be paid a stipend according to Company Policies and Procedures.

Fitter and Turner Learnership

• Technical Grade 12 with Maths 50%, Physical Science 50% and English 40%
• Or N3 Mechanical Engineering with Maths 50%, Physical Science 50% and English 40%
• Or NCV Level 4 Maths 50%, Physical Science 50% and English 40%

Electrical Learnership

• Technical Grade 12 with Maths 50%, Physical Science 50% and English 40%
• Or N3 Electrical Engineering with Maths 50%, Physical Science 50% and English 40%
• Or NCV Level 4 Maths 50%, Physical Science 50% and English 40%

Rigger Learnership

• Technical Grade 12 with Maths 50%, Physical Science 50% and English 40%
• Or N3 Mechanical Engineering with Maths 50%, Physical Science 50% and English 40%
• Or NCV Level 4 Maths 50%, Physical Science 50% and English 40%
