RCL Foods: R&D Internships (Food Technology, Microbiology,  Biotechnology Graduates)

RCL FOODS is recruiting for Research and Development (R&D) Interns to join our dynamic R&D Team.

As the R&D Intern, You will be responible for providing admin support to the R&D Manager to deliver on the key projects within the business units such as alignment of specification templates, collation of info from the R&D site teams to National Office.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the R&D Operations Manager with all tasks related to projects which include but are not limited to:

1. standardisation of specifications,
2. value engineering program,
3. creation of buying specs for Sourcing,
4. Ad hoc projects

• Supporting with R&D Budgets,
• Processing of invoices 
• Overall assistance to R&D Operations Manager as and when required

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in one of the following fields:

• Food Technology
• Microbiology
• Biotechnology

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
• Working knowledge of all MS programs
• Well organized and disciplined
• Self-manage tight deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience working on MS Office (including Excel and Powerpoint)
