Junior Contract Administrator (Finance / Accounting Graduates)
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist with daily contract management request i.e. contract reviewing support, clarification process, contract setup in system and maintenance of complete contract databases
- Follow up on customer obligations, making sure that the information is correctly reflected on the system.
- Review of customer queries relating to the customer contract and alignment with management on how to manage/proceed.
- Assistance with contract renewals, cancellations and extensions, including uploading to the contract database.
- Day to day duties assigned in relation to the contract management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
- Ability to analyse information critically and evaluate it correctly.
- Broad understanding of contract management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and an affinity for data analytics
- User experience of SAP System is a bonus.
- English (Full proficiency).
