FNB: Private Banking and Advisory Graduate Programme 2026

This exclusive, contract-based program offers hands-on training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy, providing you with the skills and knowledge required to serve high-net-worth individuals. 

Upon completion, candidates will be evaluated based on their performance, with the top achievers being offered a permanent position within the bank, paving the way for a successful career in private banking.

Requirements:

• Completed FAIS accredited NQF level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in: BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting or Economics
• Qualification completed at the following list of institutions:

1. University of Pretoria
2. University of the Witwatersrand
3. University of Johannesburg
4. University of Western Cape
5. Stellenbosch University
6. University of Kwa-Zulu Natal
7. University of Free State
8. North-West University

Our graduate programme will be run from our 3 main hubs - Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal and Cape Town and will require candidates to be based in these regions.
