Fidelity Services Group: IT Internship Programme 2025

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Newly IT Graduate to join our team as a Junior IT Support Specialist. This position will provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with the maintenance and administration of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and update software applications
• Assist with the maintenance and administration of IT systems and networks
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth operation of systems
• Document and maintain accurate records of IT support activities
• Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in: Information Technology or related field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
