RCL Foods: Internship Opportunity for HR Graduates

RCL Foods is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development (L&D) Intern to join our Milling division based in Pretoria West. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective Learning and Development admin & coordination support to the business unit through adequate delivery of Learning and Development Services, practices, procedures. The Intern will report to the Learning And Development Specialist.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Capture and maintain all training data on the HR Manage system with accuracy.
• Assist with coordinating Training interventions and events.
• Preparation of training material.
• Schedule Training events for delegates and facilitators.
• Send out Training Evaluations.
• Stock control of Training Materials.
• Liaise with suppliers & attendees on the specific details / requirements of the Training and Development intervention.
• Assist with collecting and collating training information for audit purposes.
• Assist with general Learning & Development related administration such as filing and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Supporting Learning and Development team with adhoc duties.
• Monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
• Valid Code EB drivers’ licence
