FUCHS: HR Internships (Human Resource or Industrial Psychology Graduates)
Responsibilities:
- Supporting HR Business Partners in their day-to-day business.
- Processing administrative activities such as preparation of employment contracts, letters and gathering all information required for employment, bank details, tax no.'s etc.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Participate in HR projects (in the context of digitization and process optimisation, employee wellness etc).
- Assist in the administration of the Employee Education Assistance program.
- Coordination and payments of bursaries.
- Attend to ad hoc departmental matters.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Degree in:
- Human Resources Management,
- Industrial Psychology
- or related qualification.
- Proficiency in Ms Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise.
- Work well in the team and be able to drive individual assignments / projects.
- Understanding of labour laws BCEA, LRA, EEA , SDA, BBB-EE.
