Rheinmetall Denel Munition: Human Resource Internships

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support.
• File documents and respond to clients and employees’ queries.
• Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Schedule interviews and confirm applicant’s availability.
• Assist with the onboarding of the new recruits.
• Organise and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, functions, catering (including lunch and refreshments), flights, accommodation, etc.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Perform all other HR related ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HR / Human Resources
