Inhance: Business Analyst
The purpose of a Business Analyst is providing support to warehousing operations by analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements. The role contributes to enhancing operational efficiency, system adoption, and alignment between business needs and technology capabilities.

Job Performance Criteria
Operational - Business Analysis
- Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders.
- Analyse and map current business processes related to warehousing and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation of detailed functional specifications and use cases.
Operational - Data Analysis
- Collect and analyse data related to warehousing operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Customer Service - Project Support
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and logistics, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the implementation of new systems or processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), system validations, and post-implementation reviews.
Administration - Documentation
- Create clear and concise documentation, including process flows, business requirements, and user guides.
- Maintain up-to-date records of project progress and changes.
Administration - Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Warehousing experience: Understanding of warehousing operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
- Experience working with warehousing management systems (WMS).
- Exposure to warehousing operations or systems implementation projects is advantageous.
