We're excited to bring back the iTOO Learnership Programme, a 12-month structured learning journey designed to equip young South Africans with the key skills and industry knowledge required in the insurance sector. This initiative is part of our commitment to tackling youth unemployment and nurturing the next generation of insurance professionals.
Duration: 1 October 2025 – 30 September 2026

Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Any post-matric qualifications will be advantageous
