eTV: Credit Controller Internships (Finance / Credit Management Graduates)

The individual in the role is required to provide support to the Credit Control team by assisting with administrative, reconciliatory, and debtors-related tasks. The Intern Credit Controller will gain exposure to the end-to-end credit control function, learning to manage accounts, follow up on payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting with administration tasks such as calling the bank statements and saving in the correct folders.
• Updating the excel spreadsheet with customer details and payments.
• Scanning of documents and saving files in the correct folder on Credit Management.
• Following-up on payments.
• Assisting in updating and maintaining the debtors age analysis report, including client account reconciliations.
• Capturing incoming payments on Sage.
• Assisting in balancing bank transactions for daily reconciliation.
• Assisting with BTS functions such as creating accounts, loading of information accurately and loading of contracts. 
• Updating of the Daily figures from BTS to Excel.
• Creating manual invoices for upfront payment clients.
• Sending out statements and invoices via email.
• Assist in resolving client queries timeously and effectively.

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
• Diploma / Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) in: Finance / Credit Management
• Must be a South African citizen
• Must be under the age of 35
• Candidates who have previously participated in or are currently engaged in a SETA-funded internship are not eligible
