Program Overview:

• Accommodation: Provided by the host company
• Rotations: Culinary Kitchen, Hospitality Rotational, Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, F&B
• Stipend: $14–$19 per hour/32 hours weekly 
• Duration: 12 months
• English Requirement: Excellent/Good spoken English

Eligibility Criteria - J-1 Intern/Trainee Program (Hospitality)

To qualify for the J-1 Intern/Trainee Program, applicants must:

• Education: Be a Hospitality / Culinary / Tourism graduate or a final-year student enrolled at a recognised institution with a Diploma/N6/NQF Level 5 or equivalent.
• Age: Be between 19 and 30 years old.
• Language Skills: Have strong English communication skills to engage effectively in an international hospitality environment.
• Passion & Motivation: Demonstrate a clear passion for hospitality and cultural exchange.
• Health: Be in good physical and mental health to meet the demands of the program.
• Financial Readiness: Be able to cover travel and initial setup costs (even with a deferment plan in place).
