Giesecke + Devrient: Internships (Logistics, Supply Chain or Procurement Graduates)

Giesecke and Devrient Mobile Security is seeking proactive Customer Operations Interns to join our team. As a Customer Operations Intern, you will gain valuable experience by supporting order management and operational processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will provide you with hands-on exposure to operational workflows, order tracking, and coordination across teams to ensure timely and efficient execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about operational excellence in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timeously placement of all purchase orders to meet customer demands at all times.
• Track customer orders from placement to delivery.
• Keep track of the necessary documentation by following the existing Company procedures.
• Ensure proper and accurate record keeping of all documents related to order processing.
• Support and assist team members where possible.
• Ensure reporting requirements are adhered to.
• Learning about the divisions products/services and remaining up to date with any changes.

Requirements:

• Must have Grade 12
• Must have Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain or any other related to the position.
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to have forward thinking.
• Must have the aptitude to communicate with the various internal and external teams.
• Must be able to work well within a team.
