Pepkor Lifestyle: SETA Internship Programme 2025 / 2026
Pepkor Lifestyle (Retail Division) is looking for young, vibrant, and passionate graduates to join our team through a 12-month Graduate Programme and an 18-month TVET Work Integrated Learning experience, funded by the Wholesale & Retail SETA.
As part of one of South Africa’s largest and most respected wholesale and retail groups, this programme is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a variety of retail environments. You'll gain exposure to our brands, systems, and operations, while developing the professional and leadership skills needed to build a successful career in the retail industry.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Required to attend all on-boarding / induction programmes and meetings which provide information about different functions of the company
- Execute duties as required, under the supervision of senior employees
- Perform research and document trends within the various functions of the company such as for instance new technology that can be implemented, best practices, etc.
- Visit different locations / stores in order to get hands on working experience
- Make presentations on the basis of which he or she may be evaluated
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

We require graduates with a degree or diploma in the following qualifications:
- Business Management
- Business Administration
- Human Resource Management
- Industrial Psychology
- BCom Financial Management
- Software Engineering
- IT Project Administration
- Project Management
- IT Information systems
- Business Information Technology
NB. Graduates from TVET Colleges and HET Institution to complete the 18-month practical
Selection Criteria:
- Must have any of the above mentioned qualifications
- Must be Unemployed
- Must be a South African Citizen in possession of a valid SA ID
- Must be under the age of 32
