AVBOB: Branch Administrator - Clerk 

 

We are searching for an individual with excellent administrative and customer service skills to join our branch administration team at the Rosslyn Insurance Office. You will be working for a company that is over 100 years old with strong values .  In return for your services, you will be paid a competitive remuneration package.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reception
  • Typing
  • Record keeping
  • Operating switchboard
  • Client services
  • Data input and scanning of documents
  • General office duties
  • Handling petty cash

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Computer skills (Ms Word, Excel)

 

Advantageous: 1 - 2 years relevant office administration experience will be a definite advantage
