Mentallyfit Africa: Graduate - Account Executive

Mentally Fit South Africa is looking for a Graduate Account Executive to join the team in Cape Town. The role supports our Business Development and Coaching teams with client coordination, research, and project follow-up. You will help manage client relationships, assist with proposals, and coordinate programmes for different organisations.

This position offers exposure to leadership development, performance coaching, and commercial operations within an international coaching institute.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or final-year student in: Business, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology
• Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in leadership, human performance, and personal growth
• Based in Cape Town (onsite role)
• Support the sales and business development process: research, outreach, and proposal preparation
• Assist in managing client relationships and programme logistics
• Collaborate with coaches and facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of sessions and workshops
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and internal projects
• Learn directly from experienced business coaches in a supportive, purpose-driven environment
