Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric cetificate. Currently enrolled in or completed a Diploma or Degree in a related field (e.g. Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Photography, Public Relations etc.)
Skills and Competencies: Good English communication skills (written and oral). Skills in photography, videography, and editing. Proficiency in social media marketing and best practices in content creation. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively. A flexible, growth-oriented mindset.
Duties: Manage the AISJ Activities Instagram account and any additional Activities accounts. Support the Activities and Communications Offices in executing "media days" with all sports and activities. Capture photos and videos during training sessions, matches, and other activities to provide content for social media accounts and other official purposes. Edit photos and videos to create engaging content for official AISJ and AISJ Activities platforms. Collaborate with the Activities Office team to develop and implement social media strategies.
Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric cetificate. National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite. A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. Multilingual with a strong command of English with at least one African language will be an added advantage. Self-motivated, honest, high integrity, courteous and helpful. The ability to function well under pressure, prioritize matters and act on them accordingly. The ability to function both independently and in a team, take initiative, show commitment, and is motivated to achieve tasks in the required time frame. Familiarity with HR systems will be an advantage.
Duties: Ensuring proper filing of HR paperwork (digital and physical). Maintaining and updating employee records. Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires. Ensure accurate payroll input and that it is submitted in time. Administratively support HR department, on the release of adverts, shortlisting, setting interviews . Assisting in organizing training sessions and workshops. Preparing training materials and tracking attendance.
Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric cetificate. National Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Photography, Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Strong technical skills in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative eye for storytelling, visual composition, and branding. Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends in digital content. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and the wider school community. Flexibility to cover events occasionally outside of standard school hours.
Duties: Build a professional portfolio across photography, videography, and design. Gain practical experience in multimedia communications and digital storytelling for Advancement initiatives. Develop skills in branding, content creation, and campaign development. Work collaboratively with an experienced team dedicated to creativity, storytelling, and community engagement.
