Purpose: The Graduate Development Programme aims to prepare the incumbents to acquire the legal certification required to work within the mining industry. Furthermore, to complete the applicable training to gain exposure and knowledge across sections and develop personally to contribute towards achieving business goals.

The following Internship Opportunities are open for Applications:

Graduate Intern: Geologist 

• Relevant tertiary qualification in: BSc Geology (Honours)
• MSc Geology advantageous.

Graduate Intern: Junior Engineers

• Degree or National Diploma (BEng / BSc) in: Mechanical or High Current Electrical Engineering

Graduate Intern: Human Resources Development

• A Degree in: Human Resources Development or Industrial Psychology

Graduate Intern: Finance

• BCom in: Financial Accounting, Management or Economics.

Graduate Intern: Mining Planner

• A Degree or National Diploma in: Mining Engineering or Geology

Graduate Intern: Occupational Hygiene

Degree or National Diploma in: 

• Environmental Health
• Environmental Sciences
• Occupational Hygiene

Graduate Intern: Mining Engineers

• Degree or National Diploma in: Mining Engineering

Graduate Intern: Tailing Dam Engineers

• BSc Civil Engineering degree

Graduate Intern: Rock Engineer

• BSc in: Mining Engineering / Geology / Natural Sciences.
