Rockwell Automation: HR Internship Programme 2026
As an HR Administrator you will support several HR processes and documentation workflows to ensure smooth operations across the organization. You will report to the HR Generalist and work onsite in Randburg/Gauteng, South Africa
Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR-related documents such as confirmation letters, job descriptions, and induction materials.
- Implement a standardized onboarding plan for all new joiners, ensuring Day 1 preparedness.
- Provide administrative support for BBBEE and Skills Development activities, including uploading procurement reports and following up on certificates.
- Audit and maintain employee personal files, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
- Help with HR and Regional People projects, invoice disputes, and statutory document preparation for tender submissions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Basic understanding of labor legislation.
