MBV IT: Junior Bid Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data capturing, scanning, printing, binding, and document management
- Support the tender process by assisting with identifying, downloading, logging, compiling, and submitting tender opportunities
- Attend compulsory and non-compulsory briefing sessions (virtual and in-person) for learning purposes and take accurate notes
- Assist with reviewing tender requirements and ensuring all administrative and mandatory documents are included
- Prepare, organise, and check tender and supporting documents prior to submission under supervision
- Maintain tender registers, submission trackers, briefing schedules, and document control systems
- Ensure company compliance documents are current and correctly filed
- Assist with online tender submissions and physical deliveries where required
- Manage basic email correspondence, follow-ups, and internal communication related to tenders and administration
- Support post-submission administrative activities, including record keeping and document filing
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the tender and operations team
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in: Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
