Eskom Distribution Division is looking for Contact Centre Service Agents to provide professional customer service using available processes. Department: Customer Services Business Unit: Central East Cluster Location: Westville
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound interactions.
- Handle back-office activities.
- Handle multi-media and outbound activities.
- Provide and improve general customer services.
- Support marketing, sales and customer service processes
- Perform vending, prepaid and easy pay activities.
Requirements:
National Diploma / Degree (NQF6 or higher) in the following areas:
