About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team on a 24-month internship programme. This opportunity is well suited to a recent HR graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, skills development, labour relations, and Employment Equity support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment administration, interview scheduling and reference checks
• Support onboarding, induction preparation and maintaining employee files
• Update HR registers, trackers and training records
• Assist with Skills Development and merSETA evidence collection
• Support EE Committee administration and data updates
• Prepare documentation for HR processes and compliance
• Assist with payroll input verification and employee query logging
• Provide general HR administrative support to the team

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Good communication and organisational skills
