About NAMC

The National Agricultural Marketing Council (NAMC) is a South African statutory body that advises the Minister of Agriculture on agricultural marketing policy and market development. The council conducts research and market analysis to support inclusive growth, transformation, and improved market access within South Africa’s agricultural sector.

About the NAMC Internships

Applications are invited by the NAMC from TVET and University Graduates aged between 18 and 35 years who have completed their qualification in the relevant fields as indicated here below. The graduates will receive monthly stipend, in line with the Agri-Seta rates.

Internship Details

Duration: 12 Months

Stipend: Payable According To Agri-seta Rates

Center: Hillcrest, Pretoria & Other Provinces

University Graduates Placement

Must have any of the following:

• B.Sc. / BCom Honours in Agriculture (Agricultural Economics) (Ref No: GP INT001/2026)
• National Diploma in Risk Management/ Internal Auditing (Ref No: GP INT002/2026)
• Bachelors Degree in Legal studies/LLB (Ref No: GP INT003/2026)

TVET Graduates Placement

Must have a TVET National N Diploma in any of the following:

• Agribusiness Management (Ref No: GP INT004/2026)
• Financial Management (Ref No: GP INT005/2026)
• Human Resources Management (Ref No: GP INT006/2026)
• Public Relations (Ref No: GP INT007/2026)
• Transport and Logistics (Ref No: GP INT008/2026)
• IT and Computer Science (Ref No: GP INT009/2026)
• Management Assistant (Ref No: GP INT010/2026)
