Role Overview

Munich Re is offering an HR Internship/Learnership for graduates seeking practical experience in human resources. Interns will support recruitment, HR administration, and employee engagement activities while gaining hands-on exposure within a leading global reinsurance environment. This opportunity helps build essential skills for a career in HR.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate, you will

• Take part in soft skills and technical training
• Conduct daily team specific tasks
• Participate in team specific tasks and deliverables
• Participate in cross-divisional project teams
• Participate in team and business projects

Exposure may include (department dependent)

• Workplace Skills Plan
• Employment Equity Reporting
• Process invoices
• Support in all HR generalist functions

Requirements

• Recent Human Resources Graduate (HR related qualification BCom/BA Undergraduate/Honours)
• Planning and organising skills
