An opportunity exists for an unemployed Mechanical or Electrical Engineering TVET learner to take part in our workplace experience programme in partnership with the Health & Welfare SETA.  The programme is aimed at providing a learning opportunity for an unemployed learner to gain workplace experience as part of and in line with the qualification requirement in their field of study.

We are looking for learners in the field of:

• Mechanical Engineering 
• Electrical Engineering

Requirements

• Grade 12 National Senior Certificate
• Completed all N6 theoretical subjects in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (N6) at a recognized TVET College within South Africa
• Workplace experience required to obtain Qualificaiton/Diploma/Trade Test
• Learner must be unemployed to qualify for this project
• Learner must complete the full 18 months’ workplace program
