Responsibilities:
- We are hiring for an energetic and innovative Junior HR Advisor who will be an integral part of our regional HR team.
- The successful incumbent will support across multiple areas of the entire employee lifecycle from recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, compensation, and benefits and operations.
- The role provides a great opportunity to develop and learn alongside HR leaders with exposure to many areas of the business and opportunities for career progression globally.
Requirements:
- Graduated Bachelors or Honours degree in any HR related field
- Have had some sort of HR experience, a HR role or Internship
Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Genuine desire to learn and develop skills
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Good organization skills and ability to juggle many tasks
- Resilient and able to see tasks through to completion
- Passion for HR, people, and business
- Good sense of humor!
