Key Account Sales Consultant

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and target social, local community, migrant community, religious, and business groups (customers) that remit to our different corridors to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Provide first-class sales by answering any questions the customer might have about Sendhome products and processes. 
  • Acts as an expert in selling goods (ensuring successful registration, KYC and transaction) to customers and meet their needs and desires.
  • Be able to find solutions for your customers specific needs and provide appropriate feedback to the company on any changes that might be needed in the company’s systems and processes in order to meet business requirements.
  • Represent Company in a professional manner to all prospective and existing customers.
  • Initiate and conduct client activation activities for your target clients
  • Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
  • Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures
  • Make sales appointments with clients 
  • Generate new leads by meeting with customers
  • Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product and services
  • Find new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
  • Discovers how to market products to new users
  • Understands how to make products appeal to customers based on the environment and current trends
  • Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers
  • Ensure that you have a valid driver's license (desirable).
  • Ensure that you have a vehicle (desirable)
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base
  • To create strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Be a “brand ambassador” that represents the company’s brand and values.
  • Daily, Weekly and or Monthly reports on sales activities and sales stats
  • Reach daily, weekly and monthly targets as outlined by your direct manager.
  • Manage and keep lead sheets up to date at all times.
  • Attend all sales meetings and training sessions as agreed with your direct manager

 

Sales targets include the following

  • Telephone Call Targets (Quantity)
  • Face to Face meeting targets (Quantity)  
  • Sales Targets (Quantity of registrations and transactions).
  • Targets will be determined daily, weekly and monthly.

Qualifications

Matric plus Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (not limited to the below):

  • Marketing
  • Social Sciences
  • Communications
  • Business Management
  • Research

 

Experience

  • 1 - 3 years digital marketing management

Compensation

R6,000 Basic plus Commission
