• Partner with other departments across HR and the business to fully support the strategic priorities and projects set forth by HR leadership
• Assist in the development of enhancements and deployment
• Help execute change requests, service requests, and ensure critical issues are resolved quickly
• Conduct analysis of HR data for issues and trends
• Provide insight from research of HR Technologies.
• Champion innovation and change to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in: Human Resources
• No experience needed
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
