Role Purpose: To gain practical experience and exposure in a position of responsibility and to prove that his education, training, experience and professional development have enabled him to discharge, in full, the responsibilities of a Property Management Professional. The opportunity exposes candidates to the operations, control, maintenance and oversight of real estate and physical property.

Responsibilities:

As a Young Professional In Training, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience on the following deliverables:

• Tenant Management
• Lease Management
• Property Marketing Management
• Facilities Management
• Billing and Credit Control
• Non Gross Lettable Area (Non GLA) Management
• Risk Management#
• Performance Management, Talent Management and Capacity Building
• Employee Wellness, Change Management and Culture Building#
• HR System & Governance & Employee Relations

Required Education:

• Bachelor of Science or Commerce in:

1. Property Studies,
2. Property Valuation,
3. or other Real Estate Related Stream.

• National Diploma in Real Estate studies (NQF 6) are encouraged.

Advantageous:

• Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage
• Some vocational experience would be an added advantage
