The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a dynamic, highly challenging and generalist in the human resources (HR) field of study. Successful incumbent will gain exposure to various areas of HR Management function in an international organisation.
Responsibilities
- Extensive learning will include but will not be limited to the following areas:
- Recruitment and selection
- Policy conceptualisation, design and implementation
- Administration and employee life cycle management
- Employee and labour relations management
- Benefits administration and management
- Stakeholder and customer engagement
- HR information systems
- HR analytics and reporting
Requirements:
BA/BCom (Hons) in:
- Human Resources Management
- Social Sciences
