L’Oréal: Business Analyst Internship Opportunity

Seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our marketing team at L'Oréal. The intern will be instrumental in analysing sales, sell-out reports, digital, consumer market insights at both zone and country levels to support our strategic decisions and enhance our understanding of the overall business. 

Requirements:

• Recent graduated or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in;

3. Economics,
4. Statistics,
5. or a related field.

• A strong academic record is desirable. 

Skills and Competencies:

• Market Research: An understanding of market research techniques and the ability to synthesize consumer, digital, and market insights into actionable recommendations. 
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a supportive and positive work culture. Must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. 
• Proactive Learning: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Must have a proactive approach to understanding the beauty industry, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing trends.
