Allan Gray Accelerate Programme 2024 (Internship / Winter vacation programme)

Our fast-paced Accelerate Programme is the perfect opportunity for high achievers to push their limits in their personal and professional development. In our four-day paid vacation programme, which will run from 9 – 12 July 2024, you will become part of our team.

You will gain exposure to Allan Gray professionals from areas across the business and from all seniority levels. You will work in groups on industry-relevant challenges, network with other exceptional students and have a chance to display your unique skill set. This is a deeply immersive and action-packed week of growth and discovery.

The Accelerate Programme will be hosted at our Cape Town office at the Silo District, V&A Waterfront. Flights and accommodation will be provided for candidates residing more than 100km from the office. 

Qualifying Criteria

• Available for the vacation programme between 9 – 12 July 2024.
• Final year students who are ready to start working permanently in 2025.
• Currently completing an under or postgraduate Commerce or Business Science degree with majors in but not limited to Finance, Economics, Investments, Engineering, Mathematics and Statistics.
• Consistently strong academic performance.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.
