Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee files
- Support the HR Services Team by ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and timely
- Support the HR team with events
- Prepare presentations
- Administratively support the employee life cycle
Requirements:
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate
- Tertiary qualification in: Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or similar
Skills and Competencies:
- Attention to detail
- Time Management Skills
- Pro-active, reliable, be self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Work accurately under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
