Supreme Processing, a proud member of Country Bird Holdings, is offering an exciting opportunity for young South Africans to gain valuable workplace experience through our YES for Youth Learnership Programme. This initiative forms part of our commitment to youth development and skills empowerment within the food manufacturing industry.
During the 12-month programme, successful candidates will:
- Gain hands-on experience within a high-paced poultry processing environment.
- Be exposed to various departments, including Production, Quality, and Admin.
- Learn about food safety standards, hygiene practices, and operational procedures.
- Develop essential workplace and employability skills.
- Participate in practical and theoretical training aimed at building long-term career growth.
Requirements:
- South African citizen
- Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Willingness to learn and actively participate in all programme activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
