AFGRI: Learnership Opportunities 2026
This is a twelve (12) month Learnership Programme aimed at facilitating the training of successful learners in Farming with Crops and Animals. Successful candidates shall undergo on-the-job and off-the-job training at our training farm. The Learners will enter into a contract with AFD and will be placed at our Vastfontein Training Farm in Pretoria North for the duration of the learnership.
Learners will have an opportunity to gain all-round work experience by fulfilling various duties and responsibilities aligned with the programme on the farm. They will work with a cross-functional team to complete the programme and contribute to project work in support of the teams.
Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must have a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Must be unemployed.
