About the Opportunity

The SPAR Group Ltd. is offering an exciting opportunity for Diploma and University Graduates to gain practical workplace experience within a leading FMCG and retail organisation, for 12 months. The purpose of this internship is to provide structured workplace experience to a diploma graduate, enabling skills development, career exposure, and professional growth within one of the below entioned disciplines.

Key Performance Areas

• Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the assigned department
• Apply theoretical knowledge to practical workplace activities
• Support team members with projects and reporting
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards
• Demonstrate continuous learning and development throughout the internship period

Minimum Requirements 

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
• Completed a Diploma or Degree in Any field of study, preferably one of the following:

1. Human Resources
2. Marketing
3. Finance
4. Retail Operations
5. Information Technology
6. Logistics
