About the Learnership

ABSA is offering a BSA Finance Learnership aimed at providing unemployed South African youth with structured training and workplace experience in financial services. The programme equips learners with foundational knowledge and practical skills in areas such as business support, finance processes, and administrative functions, helping them gain industry-relevant experience and improve their employability. Through on-the-job learning and mentorship, participants develop competencies that prepare them for future opportunities in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

Participate in the programme in order to maximise individual and organisational development, through the execution of predefined objectives.

• Workplace experiences:  Attend and participate in all workplace experiences against agreed development objectives
• Learning: Attend and participate in all training and development interventions against agreed development objectives
• Ad Hoc duties:  Provide support to customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis
• Administration:  Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting

Requirements

Bachelors Degree / Professional Qualifications in the following areas:
