Role Purpose
The Marketing Learner/Intern will support the marketing team across digital, content, administrative, and campaign-related tasks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate seeking hands-on exposure to brand, digital marketing, content creation and analytics within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Digital & Social Media
- Drafting and scheduling posts across company social platforms
- Monitoring engagement, trends, and basic analytics
- Updating digital content on websites, landing pages or blogs
- Content & Creative Support
- Assisting with writing content for posts, campaigns, newsletters, and basic marketing materials
- Sourcing images, preparing simple visuals, and managing content libraries
- Supporting creation of presentations, case studies, and event collateral
- Campaign & Events Support
- Helping coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, events and promotions
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather content or information
- Assisting with vendor coordination (designers, printers, agencies, etc.)
- Admin & Data
- Updating CRM or databases with marketing contacts and leads
- Compiling simple reports and dashboards (traffic, leads, social metrics)
- Assisting with research on market trends, competitors, and opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (completed) in one of the following or similar fields:
- Marketing
- Digital Marketing
- Communications
- Media or Journalism
- Business or Brand Management
- Graphic Design
- Multimedia
Advantageous (but not required)
- 0 - 1 year internship or project-based experience in marketing, communications, content, or related fields (advantageous but not required)
- University projects, freelancing, campus marketing roles, or student society involvement will be considered as relevant experience
Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
Exposure or basic knowledge of:
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar simple design tools
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or basic marketing dashboards (bonus)
- WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or any CMS tool (nice to have)
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Monday.com) (nice to have)
